2. SHORT PHONE INTERVIEW (approx. 15 min.)
This conversation is an initial getting-to-know each other and should enable both sides to recognize whether there are common starting points for a cooperation or whether the respective ideas may not fit together.
3. VIDEO CALL (approx. 1 hour)
In a video call we would like to give you the opportunity to get to know someone from the management team and another team member. In addition, we would of course like to find out your expectations, goals and motivation, which qualify you for the position. We would be delighted if you informed yourself about us and the position beforehand so that we can intensively discuss a common perspective.
4. IN PERSON ON SITE (approx. 1-2 hours)
For a personal conversation, we invite you to one of our offices in Hamburg or Lübeck. (We cover your travel expenses.) We would like to introduce you to other team members and show you our corporate culture. This gives us the opportunity to find out together whether we can imagine working together.
For most positions, we will give you a business or tech case in advance, which you will then briefly present to us in a conversation. Finally, we will be happy to answer your open questions so that you can leave the conversation as informed as possible.
